Tammy Koenecke Tammy Koenecke, RN, BSN, MASL
is the Spiritual Care Coordinator at Reedsburg Area Medical Center. Her mission is to promote spiritual awareness in patients, families and staff, thereby facilitating healing in the presence of illness and the absence of cure from birth to end of life.

What is a Spiritual Care Coordinator?
Tammy provides support to patients and their families as they address their health needs, and helps them in making decisions about their health care. This may include Advanced Care Planning and Health Care Power of Attorney document assistance. She provides End of Life care to patients and families, and works with physicians, social services, hospice, and other health care agencies to meet individual needs. Tammy also assists individuals through their grieving process, at Reedsburg Area Medical Center, in grief support groups and on the telephone.

for stroke survivors and caregivers, available at various times throughout the year.

Advance Directives
(Healthcare Power of Attorney documents) assistance with understanding and filling out these documents. Appointment required.

Service of Remembrance
in memory of the loss of your loved one(s), offered each fall.
